Return Policy

1. Only store credit will be issued for returns & damaged claims, regardless of reason. 

2. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 

3. Some returns will not have a restocking fee for 5 days if the returned merchandise is returned in UNOPENED condition with the manufacturers' seal.

4. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.           

5. Any returns for a style that is sold out, is subject to a 15% restock fee and only store credit.

6. All sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

7. It is the customer's sole responsibility to bring the products to our facility for any exchanges.     

8. No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for any special orders.)    

9. $25.00 charge for any returned checks. 

10. Claims for any damages must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items returned for store credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. Email to webreturns@eesomeusa.com

11. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.) 

12. Depending on the situation, customers may have to pay for the return shipping.

13. We are not responsible for duplicate orders and/ or styles.

14. We cannot accept any returns for any label/tags that has been altered.

15. Order changes or cancellations must be made through ONLY EMAIL OR MESSAGES.
