1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or would like to return for any other reason, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include photos and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

2. Return Authorization Required

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the buyer’s expense.

3. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

4. Shipping Responsibility

For approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% may apply for approved returns not related to defects or errors.
